This qualification results in a Further Education and Training Certificate which equips an individual with the necessary skills and knowledge required for the Administration function within any industry, or non-commercial venture/organisation.
A person acquiring this qualification will receive a National Certificate enabling them to manage first line managers in an organisational entity. First line managers may include team leaders, supervisors, junior managers, section heads and foremen.
